Mobile Air Cooled Copper Tube/Aluminum Fin Core

The Mobile DF Series is ideal for very rugged applications, with a robust design that includes steel tanks and damage-resistant steel fins.  This series features moderate flows, high heat removal and an optional serviceable internal pressure bypass.  Though similar to the DH Series, the DF incorporates DC fans or long-life hydraulic motors.

Mobile Air Cooled Copper Tube/Aluminum Fin with DC or Hydraulic Fan Drive Cooler

The Mobile MF Series is based off of the M Series with the addition of a low amp draw DC motor or long life hydraulic motor.  The robust and rugged design includes steel manifold, copper tubes, and aluminum fins.  Other features include an optional serviceable internal pressure bypass for cold start-up protection and the use of high-low turbulators for optimal heat rejection at lower flow rates.  This series is ideal for higher pressure applications.  Common applications include oil, fuel, and transmission cooling.

The Industrial AOVH Series is our high performance series coolers that offer high heat rejection and low pressure drops for high flow applications.   The series features an AC fan drive, and is available with an optional pressure internal pressure bypass.  Cabinet louvers allow the user to regulate the direction of heated exhaust air.  The utilization of High-Low Turbulator design yields high flow capacity with low flow pressure. This versatile design allows for a one or two pass configuration.

The Mobile AOHM, based off our AO Series, & AOVHM, based off our AOVH Series, features a wide flow range and high heat removal with a long life hydraulic motor drive.  This heavy duty construction is idea for mobile applications where the cooler can be remote mounted away from the engine’s heat to provide more efficient cooling.

As with the AO and AOVH these units can be configured for one or two pass flows for either low flow high heat rejection or high flow high rejection applications.  Both can be setup to include an internal pressure bypass for cold start-up protection.  The high/low turbulators allow for optimal heat rejection at lower flow rates.  Other features include a high-performance fan and adjustable louvers to regulate the direction of heated exhaust air.

The MA Series provides rugged high performance for demanding mobile equipment oil cooling applications.  Select from a broad line of standard units either as core only or with DC fans.  All featuring proven brazed aluminum plate and bar core technology, engineered with an aggressive turbulator that produces ultra-high heat transfer.

Fan optioned units come with 12 or 24 volt DC or  brushless DC axial fans. Brushless motor option offers  extended life, minimal electrical load of over 82% efficiency, custom fan speed control and lower ambient noise.

Add the MAGHEX programmable fan controller and sensor for an easy-to-install and low cost alternative to complex control systems.

The OCA Series is our high-performance series for high heat rejection, rough environment, and high viscosity fluids. OCA units are available in a wide range of sizes designed for a broad range of both mobile and industrial applications.  Its rugged steel construction features the patented T-BAR solid extrusion core technology but is more efficient and lighter in weight than competitor models.  This high performing series has the ability to handle high viscosity fluids with the advantage of providing ample cooling in areas where water is costly or unavailable.

BOL/BOLR Series provides outstanding heat dissipation for extreme heat loads in a rugged, lightweight and compact design.  Available with AC or hydraulic fan motors, all feature proven brazed aluminum bar and plate core technology engineered with an aggressive turbulator that produces ultra-high heat transfer.  TTP’s exclusive TBar extruded tube cores are also available for high viscosity oil application to reduce pressure drop.  Available with two bypass options, either pressure bypass or temperature/pressure bypass.  The internal bypass option eliminates extra piping reducing costs, and helps the cooler come out of bypass faster in cold start applications.
