The Thermal Transfer Products OCA Series is a high-performance, forced-air oil cooler engineered for high heat rejection, high-viscosity fluids, and rough operating environments. It’s built around TTP’s patented T-BAR™ solid extruded-tube core — where other TTP lines offer T-BAR™ as an option, the OCA is designed around it, giving the series exceptional durability under high shock loads and high pressure spikes while reducing pressure drop with thick, viscous oils.
Its rugged steel construction is more efficient and lighter in weight than competitor models, and the series is available in a wide range of sizes for both mobile and industrial applications. Because it cools with ambient air, the OCA provides ample cooling in locations where cooling water is costly, restricted, or simply unavailable — avoiding water and sewer costs and the corrosion and scaling of water-cooled systems.
The OCA is designed for integration into hydraulic power units and mobile machinery cooling circuits where air-cooling is preferred, with a maximum operating pressure of 250 PSI and a maximum operating temperature of 350°F. TTP’s XSelector® sizing program — available online and as a mobile app — helps select the right model for your flow, heat load, and fluid viscosity.
Built for high-heat, high-viscosity applications requiring reliable, efficient cooling in demanding environments.

It’s a high-performance air-cooled oil cooler from Thermal Transfer Products built around the patented T-BAR™ extruded-tube core, for high heat rejection, high-viscosity fluids, and rough, high-shock-load environments.
T-BAR™ is TTP’s patented solid extruded-tube core technology. Its robust extruded tubes withstand high shock loads and pressure spikes and reduce pressure drop with high-viscosity oils. The OCA is designed around T-BAR™ rather than offering it as an option, so the whole series carries those durability and viscosity advantages.
When you’re cooling thick, high-viscosity fluid, operating in a rough or high-vibration environment, or need robustness against shock and pressure spikes — and when water cooling is costly or unavailable.
Maximum operating pressure is 250 PSI and maximum operating temperature is 350°F.
Both — the OCA comes in a wide range of sizes for hydraulic power units and mobile machinery cooling circuits alike.
Both use TTP brazed-aluminum/T-BAR™ technology. The BOL/BOLR is a bar-and-plate cooler that offers a T-BAR™ core as an option; the OCA is built entirely around the T-BAR™ extruded-tube core for the toughest high-viscosity, high-shock applications.
