Compressed Air Cooling
The Thermal Transfer Products Moisture Separator removes condensed water and contaminants from compressed air after it leaves an aftercooler, delivering cleaner, drier air and protecting downstream tools, piping, dryers, and processes. Its unique high-efficiency design maintains separation performance across a wide range of flow rates, so a single unit handles varying demand without losing effectiveness.
Four models are available to fit most applications, together covering a wide SCFM capacity range. Each is built from sturdy, lightweight aluminum for long, dependable service and is epoxy-painted both externally and internally for maximum corrosion protection — important given the wet, condensing environment it operates in. A low differential pressure even at maximum flow ratings keeps energy losses down.
An NPT threaded drain connection lets you install the drain that suits your operation — electronic, manual, or automatic float style. The separator installs inline just downstream of the aftercooler and pairs with TTP’s compressed-air aftercooler lines (ACOC/ACOCH, AB, BGA, M, and AHP/AHPH). TTP Application Engineering can help match the right model and drain to your airflow.

It’s a high-efficiency centrifugal separator that removes condensed water and contaminants from compressed air after an aftercooler cools it, then drains the liquid away for cleaner, drier air.
Four models cover a wide SCFM capacity range. You select based on your compressed-air flow rate — the design holds performance across a broad range, and TTP can help match a model to your system.
The separator has an NPT threaded drain connection that accepts an electronic, manual, or automatic float-style drain, so you can match the draining method to your operation.

No — it’s designed for low differential pressure even at maximum flow ratings, minimizing energy loss in the air system.
Inline, just downstream of the aftercooler. It pairs with TTP’s compressed-air aftercoolers — the ACOC/ACOCH, AB, BGA, M, and AHP/AHPH Series.
