Air Cooled, Copper Tube / Aluminum Fin
The Thermal Transfer Products Mobile AOC Series is a cost-effective air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler built for mobile and off-highway equipment. It uses a copper-tube, aluminum-fin core with a high-performance air-side fin design, and is offered with 12- or 24-volt DC fans or a long-life hydraulic fan motor drive, in single- or dual-fan configurations, making it ideal for low-flow power unit applications.
Because it’s designed for remote mounting away from engine cooling, the AOC doesn’t block the main engine radiator — a key advantage on machinery where space and airflow are tight. Low-amp-draw DC motors reduce electrical load, and the heavy-duty construction stands up to demanding off-road environments. A serviceable, removable stainless air filter prevents air-side core blockage from dust and debris, and aggressive turbulators deliver optimal heat rejection at lower flow rates.
Options include a built-in pressure bypass (30 or 60 PSI settings for cold-start protection) and Heresite coating for offshore or corrosive-environment operation. Connections are SAE standard. Maximum operating pressure is 300 PSI with a maximum operating temperature of 350°F. TTP’s XSelector® sizing program — available online and as a mobile app — helps size the right model for your flow, heat load, and space.

It’s a cost-effective air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler from Thermal Transfer Products, using a copper-tube/aluminum-fin core, built for mobile and off-highway power unit applications at lower flow rates.
12- or 24-volt DC fans or a long-life hydraulic fan motor drive, in single- or dual-fan configurations. This is the key difference from the Industrial AOC, which uses an AC electric fan drive.
Mounting it away from the engine means it doesn’t block the main engine radiator, and it lets you place cooling where airflow and space allow on mobile machinery.
Maximum operating pressure is 300 PSI and maximum operating temperature is 350°F.
A built-in pressure bypass (30 or 60 PSI for cold-start protection), a serviceable stainless washable air filter, low-amp-draw motors, and Heresite coating for offshore or corrosive service.
Both are mobile coolers, but the MA Series uses a brazed aluminum plate-and-bar core with DC fans, while the Mobile AOC uses a copper-tube/aluminum-fin core with DC or hydraulic fan drives — the AOC being the more economical, lower-flow option.
