Compressed Air Cooling
The Thermal Transfer Products Float Drain automatically discharges the liquid condensate collected by a compressed-air moisture separator, keeping accumulated water from carrying downstream into tools, piping, and processes. A float mechanism opens the drain as water builds up and closes it once cleared, so condensate is removed continuously without manual intervention or wasted air.
Two economical models fit most applications. Both are built with a rugged cast-zinc housing for long service and are equipped with a quick-disconnect bowl that detaches for fast, tool-free cleaning and servicing.
The Float Drain installs on the moisture separator downstream of a compressed-air aftercooler, completing the moisture-removal package alongside TTP’s aftercooler lines (ACOC/ACOCH, AB, BGA, M, and AHP/AHPH). TTP Application Engineering can help match the right drain to your separator and application.

It’s an automatic condensate drain from Thermal Transfer Products that discharges the water collected by a compressed-air moisture separator, using a float mechanism to open and close as condensate accumulates.
As condensate collects, a float rises and opens the drain to discharge the water, then closes once it’s cleared — so moisture is removed automatically without manual draining or continuous air loss.
Two economical models cover most applications; TTP can help match the right one to your separator.
