It’s a low-cost industrial air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler from Thermal Transfer Products, using a copper-tube/aluminum-fin core and an AC fan drive to cool oil with ambient air.

Basic hydraulic power unit applications at lower flow rates, where an economical, industrial-duty cooler is the goal. For medium flow and moderate heat removal, TTP’s AO Series is the step up; for high flow and high heat rejection.

Oil flows up to 150 GPM, with a maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI and maximum operating temperature of 350°F.

The removable, washable filter prevents air-side core blockage — keeping the fins from clogging with dust and debris in dirty environments, which protects cooling performance.

Yes — the dual-rated 50/60 Hz motor is available in single- or three-phase, allowing use in most global power configurations.

The AOC is available with or without an internal bypass. The bypass valve is serviceable and built into the tubes so it doesn’t change the external dimensions — the one exception is the smallest AOC-08 model.
